Will my child understand it?
Yes! The visual countdown ring is designed specifically for young children who don't understand time yet. Kids as young as 18 months can grasp the concept of waiting for the ring to disappear and the green light to appear.
How do I set it up?
You can set it up using an app on your phone OR you can set it up using the buttons on the bottom of the clock. Go here for step by step instructions for both options.

What age does it work for?
Pali was designed for 2.5-5 but many kids love it, even after 5.
What if the power goes out?
Pali is one of the only ok-to-wake clocks on the market that has a back-up battery. If the power goes out, Pali will keep working for up to 12 hours. After that, the lights may go out but it will keep all of your settings and schedule until it is plugged in again.
Why is it better than other, less expensive clocks?
Pali actually works! Other clocks solely rely on lights to let kids know when to get up. When we used other clocks, our kids thought they were broken, or never going to turn on, because they woke up way too early! With the visual countdown they know the time is approaching. Plus, no other clock has a built in reward system that kids are excited about!
What should I put in the reward drawer?
Anything! We love stickers to add to a chart, pretzels, a small toy they haven’t played with in awhile, or whatever your child is interested in. It should be something small and simple. We like to change it up so they are always surprised.
